Follow up on delinquent accounts and ensure timely repayment.
Explain repayment schedules, penalties, and loan terms to customers.
Update collection status and customer interactions in the system daily.
Ensure all collections are deposited and reported accurately.
Maintain high ethical standards and comply with legal and regulatory norms.
Achieve assigned collection targets on a monthly basis.
Coordinate with the branch and credit team for resolution of difficult cases.
