The Field Collection & Recovery Executive is responsible for collecting overdue payments on personal loans by visiting customers at their locations, negotiating repayment, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professional conduct and compliance with company policies.
Visit customers at assigned locations to collect overdue personal loan EMIs.
Follow up with delinquent customers through field visits, calls, and reminders.
Negotiate repayment plans and encourage regularization of accounts.
Collect cash payments and ensure proper documentation.
Update daily collection status and customer feedback in the system.
Maintain accurate records of visits, collections, and pending cases.
Handle customer queries and disputes professionally.
Escalate high-risk or non-cooperative cases to supervisors.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical collection practices.
Meet or exceed assigned monthly recovery targets.
