Job Title: Fashion Assistant

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week, with one weekly off (not on Saturday or Sunday)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Fashion Assistants to join our footwear retail stores. The candidate will assist customers in selecting suitable footwear, manage store displays, and support daily sales and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their footwear requirements.

• Assist customers in selecting footwear based on their preferences, size, and budget.

• Help customers with footwear trials and ensure a comfortable fit.

• Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

• Maintain attractive product displays and proper store presentation.

• Manage stock, sizes, and product arrangements.

• Support billing, inventory checks, and daily store activities.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Interest in fashion, footwear, and retail sales.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome; 1 year of retail sales experience is preferred.

• Male and female candidates can apply.

• Candidates should be comfortable with footwear trials and customer assistance.

Salary: As per company standards, plus applicable incentives.
