We are selling material of renowned manufacture of India like Rashtriya I spat Nigam Limited (RINL), Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL), JSW Steel Ltd, R.L. Steel and Energy Ltd, Jailaxmi Casting & Alloys Pvt Ltd, Kisco Casting (India) Ltd, Arjas Steel private Ltd, etc. We also import from Korea, Japan, China, & European Countries.
As an Export Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the steel industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to maximize export opportunities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in international markets, identifying new business prospects, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
· Drive Sales : Actively engage in sales activities to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting and selling our steel product.
· Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationship with customers, understanding their needs, providing product knowledge , and offering solutions that meet their requirements.
· Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our steel Products, their features, benefits, and technical specifications to effectively communicate and educate customers on their value.
· Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market, expand the customer base, and increase market share.
· Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive, prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
· Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
· Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identity potential opportunities and challenges in the steel Industries.
· Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interaction and provide regular sales reports to management, including sales steel product updates, and performance metrics.
· Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align sales strategies, Share Market insight, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
· Professional Development: Continuously enhance sales skill and product knowledge through training programs, workshops, and industry evenest.
Requirements:
· Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 Years of successful sales experience in the Steel Industries.
· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of hardware products, such as tools, equipment, building materials, fasteners, and related accessories.
· Sales Skill: Excellent communication and negotiation skill, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Ability of effectively present product information, demonstrate features, and close Sales.
· Customer -Centric Approach: A customer -focused mindset with the ability to understand customer news, build rapport, and provide tailored solutions.
· Self -Motivated: Highly motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast -paced salles environment.
· Relationship Building Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
· Technically proficient: Familiarity with technical aspects of hardware product, including specifications, usage, ad troubleshooting.
· Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitment.
· Computer Skills: Proficient in using sales software, CRM systems, and other productivity tools.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export marketing within the steel industry.
- Proven track record of successful international market expansion.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
