We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Secretary cum Business Development Officer to support senior leadership while also driving business growth initiatives. This hybrid role requires strong administrative capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics.
Prepare reports, memos, correspondence, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.
Support in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and support the negotiation and closing of deals.
Assist in building and maintaining client relationships.
