Job Description -
Position: Senior Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule.
Track follow-ups, maintain action lists, and ensure timely task completion.
Coordinate with employees, clients, builders, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Maintain office documents, files, quotations, agreements, and records.
Organize site visit schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements when required.
Send reminders for important commitments, deadlines, and pending tasks.
Ensure smooth office administration and maintain workplace discipline.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and update task trackers using Excel and Google Drive.
Required Skills

Calm, professional, and confident personality.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Proficient in WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of getting work completed through effective coordination.
Self-disciplined, dependable, and emotionally mature.
Ideal Candidate
2–5 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Office Administration, Coordination, Front Office, or Office Management.
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Responsible, organized, and proactive individuals with a strong follow-up attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively and get work done can only apply.
