Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Head.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and sales dashboards.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead status, quotations, proposals, and order updates.

• Schedule meetings, client appointments, and maintain the Sales Head's calendar.

• Prepare presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), reports, and business correspondence.

• Track sales targets, follow up on pending actions, and maintain progress reports.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Support.

• Maintain customer databases, sales records, and documentation.

• Handle client communication through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.

• Assist in preparing tender documents, contracts, and commercial proposals.

• Ensure timely follow-up on customer queries and support the sales closure process.

• Maintain confidentiality of business information and management communications.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working with CRM/ERP systems is an added advantage.

• Professional attitude with the ability to multitask under deadlines.
