Key Responsibilities:

• Program Launch and Execution:

Kickstart and oversee the evening music classes initiative in associated schools.

Ensure the smooth implementation and alignment with Torrins’ vision and goals.

• Enrollment Growth:

Strategize and execute plans to increase user enrolment for the evening program.

Collaborate with schools and local communities to promote the program effectively.

• Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary liaison for schools, instructors, parents, and Torrins’ internal teams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partner schools and community stakeholders.

• Team Supervision:

Manage and support instructors, ensuring adherence to the curriculum and resolving their concerns.

Conduct regular check-ins and provide training or guidance as needed.

• Logistics and Resource Management:

Ensure timely availability of all necessary resources and infrastructure at operational locations.

Coordinate schedules, venues, and other logistics for seamless class execution.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track key performance metrics, including enrolment numbers, feedback, and class attendance.

Prepare and share regular reports with leadership, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.

• Customer Experience and Feedback:

Gather feedback from students and parents to identify improvement opportunities.

Implement initiatives to enhance the quality of the program and overall satisfaction.
