Job Summary:

We're seeking a talented Brand Manager to launch and scale our new Vedic lifestyle products vertical. As Brand Manager, you'll define the brand's positioning, voice, and long-term vision, while driving product development, marketing, and customer loyalty initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Identity: Define brand positioning, voice, and long-term vision.

2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns.

3. Product Development: Curate and develop high-quality, authentic Vedic products with vendors/suppliers.

4. E-commerce Setup: Oversee website development, product listings, payments, logistics, and customer experience.

5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock, and optimize inventory processes to ensure efficient order fulfillment and minimize stockouts or overstocking.

6. Performance Marketing: Collaborate with internal or external teams to run paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms, managing ad budgets, creatives, targeting, and campaign optimization.

7. Influencer & Community Marketing: Build partnerships with astrologers, occult experts, and influencers aligned with the brand.

8. Content & Communication: Supervise all brand content – including product stories, packaging, emails, social media, and videos.

9. Customer Loyalty: Build trust, drive reviews, user-generated content, and design loyalty or referral programs.

10. Cross-Collaboration: Coordinate with the Academy of Vedic Vidya team for synergy and cross-promotion.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in D2C wellness, spirituality, or lifestyle brands.

2. Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and product storytelling.

3. Deep respect and curiosity for Vedic traditions, spirituality, and energy work.

4. Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building from scratch, experimenting, and pivoting.

5. Strong aesthetic sense, directing packaging, branding, and visual identity.
