Team Nerds Digital is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation for our SEO, digital marketing, website, and app development services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential businesses through keyword and market trend analysis.

• Scrape and verify B2B email leads from SERPs, search engines, and directories.

• Execute high-volume outreach campaigns (7,000–8,000 emails/day) for SEO, digital marketing, and development services.

• Track performance metrics (opens, bounces, replies) and optimize campaigns for better results.

• Maintain organized lead databases and campaign reports.

• Mentor junior team members on tools, techniques, and best practices.

• Contribute to SOPs, documentation, and team training initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in B2B email marketing or lead generation for digital services (SEO, web, branding, or app development).

• Strong knowledge of email scraping, keyword research, and international market targeting.

• Hands-on experience with bulk email tools like Gmass, Instantly, Mailshake, or Lemlist.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for lead and campaign management.

• Solid grasp of email deliverability, segmentation, and anti-spam compliance.

• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
