Educational Counselor – Team Leader

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Head / Educational Counselor – Team Leader to lead our counseling and sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving admission/sales targets, managing team performance, converting leads, and ensuring a smooth counseling process for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Educational Counseling/Sales team.

• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly admission/sales targets.

• Monitor individual and team performance and prepare regular reports.

• Handle student/parent counseling and convert prospective leads into admissions.

• Ensure timely follow-up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

• Train and guide counselors on sales techniques, counseling processes, and objection handling.

• Track leads and conversions through CRM and maintain accurate records.

• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall team productivity.

• Handle escalations and resolve student/parent queries professionally.

• Coordinate with management and other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Eligibility

• Graduate/MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Sales, Educational Counseling, Admissions, or Team Handling.

• Candidates with proven experience in achieving sales/admission targets will be preferred.
