Job Opportunity – Manager / Team Lead (Education Counsellor)

Position: Manager / Team Lead – Education Counsellor
Location: Noida
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Education Counsellor team.
Monitor daily team performance and achieve business targets.
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity.
Handle escalations and ensure high-quality counselling.
Coordinate with HR and Operations for smooth onboarding and team management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Ensure process compliance and maintain service quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in Team Handling or Education Counselling.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage team performance and deliver consistent results.
