सेल्स एजुकेशन काउंसलर

We are looking for a Education Counselor to join our team at Skillza Education. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 along with performance-based good incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on MBBS India, MBBS abroad programs and admission opportunities.

• Guide students in selecting suitable universities across destinations such as Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Philippines, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan.

• Provide accurate information on eligibility criteria, NEET requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.

• Handle walk-in inquiries, online leads, and follow-ups to maximize admission conversions.

• Assist students with application processing, documentation, offer letters, and enrollment formalities.

• Coordinate with admissions, visa, and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

• Conduct career counselling sessions, seminars, and education fairs to promote MBBS abroad programs.

• Maintain and update student records and lead information in the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.

• Mentor junior counsellors and support team performance when required.

• Stay updated on MBBS abroad regulations, university policies, and country-specific admission guidelines.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months -3 years of experience in Academic counseling . Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling.
