Candidate must be confident and experienced in calling and telephonic communication.
Cold calling is mandatory – candidate will call company-provided leads and explain course details.
Guide prospective students about courses, career opportunities, and admission process. Convert leads into admissions through proper counselling and follow-ups. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates and close admissions.
Handle student queries and provide accurate information about programs.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and admission status in the system.
