Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries and convert them into admissions
Provide accurate course details and guide prospects based on their goals and interests
Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs
Manage CRM follow-ups to ensure consistent lead nurturing
Maintain daily call logs, enquiry sheets, and pipeline updates
Conduct counselling sessions via calls, walk-ins, and online meetings
Track and achieve monthly admission targets
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding
Share daily/weekly performance reports with the management
Uphold a professional, supportive, and student-first counselling approach
Requirement
Minimum 2+ years experience in counselling or sales (education/hospitality/service preferred)
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to understand needs, build rapport, and close admissions effectively
Working Days & Timings
Monday – Saturday | 10 AM – 7 PM
