We are looking for a Education Counsellor to join our team at Medadmit. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹35000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.Attractive performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to students regarding academic programs and career pathways.
• Assist students in academic planning and decision-making.
• Inform students about academic resources, special opportunities, institutional policies, and procedures.
• Address student queries and ensure a positive counseling experience.
Compensation:
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is graduation and 6 month- 6years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
