Job Title: Admission Counselor / Admission Executive

Location: Malad west

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Admission Counselor to guide students and parents through the admission process, convert inquiries into admissions, and achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Handling & Conversion:

- Handle inbound inquiries via calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and social media

- Make outbound calls to leads and do timely follow-ups

- Convert leads into admissions

- Counseling:

- Understand student needs, academic background, and career goals

- Explain courses, curriculum, fees, career prospects clearly to students & parents

- Provide personalized career counseling

- Admission Process:

- Assist students in filling application forms and completing documentation

- Coordinate with academic and admin team for smooth onboarding

- Maintain accurate student data in CRM / Excel / Register

- Targets & Reporting:

- Achieve monthly admission targets

- Maintain daily call reports, follow-up status, and conversion reports

- Participate in admission drives, seminars, school/college visits, and education fairs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduation in any stream

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi

- Strong convincing, interpersonal and listening skills

- Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp

- Pleasing personality, patient, and student-friendly attitude

- Ability to work under target pressure

Preferred:

- Prior experience in Education Sales / EdTech / Coaching / College Admissions

- Local candidates from nearby areas preferred
