Senior Educational Counsellor / Admissions & Sales Manager (Training & Placement)

1–3+ years in Educational Sales / Admissions / Career Counselling
(Training institutes, EdTech, Skill Development, Placement-focused programs preferred)
We are looking for a high-performance Educational Counsellor who thinks like a business owner, communicates like a consultant, and closes like a sales professional.
This role is NOT for basic counsellors.
This role is for professionals who can:
Influence decisions
Close enrollments
Drive monthly revenue
Build trust through powerful English communication
Convert inquiries into paid admissions consistently

Own the end-to-end admission cycle: lead → counselling → conversion → enrollment
Sell training + placement programs to students, working professionals, and parents
Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Handle high-ticket program sales with confidence and professionalism
Follow up relentlessly using structured sales techniques
Conduct deep career counselling sessions (not generic pitches)
Understand student goals and map programs as solutions
Clearly explain ROI, career outcomes, placements, and success paths
Handle objections confidently (fees, trust, placements, competition)
Work with inbound & outbound leads (calls, walk-ins, digital inquiries)
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up pipelines
Collaborate with marketing & operations to improve conversions
Represent the organization with authority, clarity, and credibility
Maintain high professionalism in communication, ethics, and closing
Provide feedback to leadership on market trends and student behavior
Exceptional spoken English (clear, confident, persuasive)
Proven track record of sales closures in education / training / EdTech
Strong consultative selling & negotiation skills
Ability to drive numbers, not just conversations
Comfort working with targets, pressure, and accountability
Experience selling training + placement programs
Experience handling parents & working professionals
CRM usage experience
Understanding of career paths, industry skills, and job markets
Results-driven, not comfort-driven
Confident communicator with executive presence
Emotionally intelligent and persuasive
Ownership mindset — treats revenue like their own business
