Education Counsellor – Digital Molecule Pvt. Ltd.

Digital Molecule Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Education Counsellor to manage and support counselling activities for our EdTech clients. The candidate will guide students through courses, admissions, and career-related queries while maintaining strong communication and conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and leads provided by clients

Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities

Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper records

Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives

Achieve admission/conversion targets and provide regular updates

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ year experience in Education Counselling / EdTech industry

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management

Ability to handle students and parents professionally
