About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Education Counselor – Inside Sales & Marketing to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced EdTech environment, enjoys guiding students, and has a flair for sales and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents on our programs through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings

• Convert leads into successful enrollments by understanding student needs and recommending suitable courses

• Achieve monthly sales targets and manage the end-to-end sales funnel

• Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and generate leads

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system

• Follow up diligently on inquiries and leads to drive maximum conversions

• Provide support during webinars, events, and online info sessions

Requirements Skills:

• Experience: 2–3 years in education counseling, inside sales, or EdTech industry

• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is a must; Kannada is an added advantage

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
