Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listings, advertising campaigns, inventory management, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon and Flipkart.

• Handle catalog management, variation creation, and listing updates.

• Manage and monitor Amazon FBA, Easy Ship, and Flipkart FBF operations.

• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, PPC, Display Ads, etc.).

• Create and update A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content to improve product visibility and conversions.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

• Handle return claims, SAFE-T claims, reimbursement claims, and dispute management.

• Analyze sales performance, advertising reports, and marketplace metrics.

• Track competitor activities, pricing, and marketplace trends.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product uploads, promotions, and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

• Experience in product listing creation and optimization.

• Knowledge of Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and campaign management.

• Understanding of FBA, Easy Ship, FBF, and order fulfillment processes.

• Experience handling return claims, reimbursement claims, and account-related issues.

• Knowledge of A+ Content creation and catalog management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary

₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
