Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales Executive to manage and grow our online sales across multiple platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end e-commerce operations, sales growth, and platform management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and operate all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
• Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
• Handle inventory management and stock planning
• Monitor pricing, competition, and marketplace trends
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and deals
• Manage order processing, returns, and customer queries
• Run and optimize ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch
• Analyze sales data and generate performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.
• Strong knowledge of product listing SEO and keyword optimization
• Experience in running marketplace ads and promotions
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience:
• 3+ years in E-commerce / Marketplace Management
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (depending on experience)
