The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales platforms to drive growth, improve user experience, and maximize revenue. This role involves overseeing product listings, coordinating promotions, analyzing performance data, managing online marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Magento, WooCommerce).
Monitor online sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates, and prepare regular reports.
Coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure consistent branding and timely order fulfillment.
Execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales.
Optimize product content for SEO and improve visibility on search engines and marketplaces.
Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and competitor trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain and update website content, banners, and product images.
Manage relationships with online marketplaces and vendors.
Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
