We are looking for a Ecommerce Sales Executive to join our team at K.S Surgical . The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms.
Upload and update product listings on online marketplaces/websites.
Monitor product pricing, stock, and availability.
Process online orders and coordinate dispatch activities.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and sales teams.
Track online sales performance and prepare reports.
Ensure smooth functioning of seller accounts and portals.
