Core responsibilities
Website and platform management: Ensuring the e-commerce website and online marketplaces (like Shopify, Amazon, or Etsy) are functional, and product listings are up-to-date with accurate information, prices, and images.
Order and inventory management: Overseeing the processing of online orders, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with the shipping and fulfillment teams.
Customer service: Handling customer inquiries, messages, reviews, and disputes to ensure customer satisfaction and a good service experience.
Sales and marketing strategy: Developing and implementing strategies to boost online sales, which may include running promotions, managing social media, and using data analytics to track performance.
Data analysis: Monitoring sales data, preparing reports on performance, and using insights to make informed decisions about future strategies.
Business partnerships: Identifying and managing strategic partnerships with platforms and other entities to expand the business.
Required skills
