About the Role:
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead and grow our business across Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket Now, and Amazon Fresh.
You’ll be the single point of contact responsible for driving sales, visibility, and profitability, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and platform partners.
Manage daily operations and performance across all Q-Commerce platform
Achieve monthly sales, margin, and GMV target
Maintain catalog listings, pricing, and inventory health
Plan & execute offers, campaigns, and visibility initiatives
Coordinate with supply chain & warehouse teams for smooth replenishment
Mnitor analytics, competitor activities, and campaign ROI
Collaborate with internal teams for new launches and performance grow
