Ecommerce Sales Executive

We are hiring Order Processing Executives to support e-commerce operations across platforms like Amazon, Meesho, and Flipkart. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in backend operations, data handling, and order management within a fast-paced online retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify customer orders using internal systems on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Meesho, and Flipkart
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch
• Monitor order status, returns, and cancellations
• Resolve order-related queries and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and update order databases
• Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met for order accuracy and timelines

Qualifications

• 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks
• Prior experience in e-commerce, order management, or backend operations is a plus
• Freshers can apply – training will be provided

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: ₹1,0000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Location: Udhana U.M. Road
• Schedule: Day shift, 6 days a week
