Job Description

We are looking for a Ecommerce Operations Executive to join our team at Flyers. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹28,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end management of Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart accounts

- Run & optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart PLA, Myntra Ads

- Listing optimization: Keywords, Title, Bullet Points, A+ Content

- Manage deals: Lightning Deals, Deal of Day, BBD, GOBD, EORS

- Track metrics: Sessions, Conversion, ACOS, TACOS, BSR

- Inventory planning, pricing strategy, competitor analysis

- Handle customer queries, returns, account health

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge,Myntra amzone flipkart knowlage,add runs knowlage,seo,product listing is an added advantage.
