About the Role
Reach2Globe Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Ecommerce Account Manager to manage seller accounts across leading marketplaces such as Amazon India, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Meesho Supplier Panel, AJIO Business, and JioMart Seller Center.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, advertising, sales growth strategies, account health monitoring, and marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage and monitor marketplace seller accounts.
Ensure account health and policy compliance.
Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution.
Handle account reinstatement and performance improvement plans.
Product Listing & Catalog Management
Create and optimize product listings.
Perform keyword research and SEO optimization.
Manage product images, attributes, descriptions, and variations.
Upload products through bulk and single listing methods.
Sales & Growth Management
Develop strategies to increase sales and visibility.
Monitor conversion rates and improve product performance.
Manage promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts.
Identify growth opportunities and category trends.
Advertising Management
Manage marketplace advertising campaigns.
Optimize ROAS, ACOS, CTR, and conversion metrics.
Create Sponsored Product and Sponsored Brand campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
Inventory & Order Management
Monitor stock availability and inventory planning.
Coordinate order processing and fulfillment activities.
Reduce cancellations and out-of-stock situations.
Track dispatch performance and SLA compliance.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Analyze sales, returns, cancellations, and profitability.
Monitor settlement reports and marketplace charges.
Provide actionable recommendations for growth.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, and JioMart.
Product listing and catalog management experience.
Marketplace SEO and keyword optimization knowledge.
Advertising campaign management skills.
Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Data analysis and reporting skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–5 years of Ecommerce Marketplace Management experience.
Experience handling fashion, footwear, apparel, bags, or lifestyle categories preferred.
Preferred Skills
Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads experience.
Myntra and Ajio seller panel knowledge.
Product photography and content optimization understanding.
Reconciliation and profit/loss analysis experience.
Knowledge of marketplace policies and compliance requirements.
