The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, developing digital marketing strategies, optimizing user experience, and ensuring smooth coordination between marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to achieve business goals.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase website traffic, sales, and customer engagement.
Manage online platforms such as Shopify, or other marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Monitor website performance, analytics, and KPIs to improve conversion rates and revenue.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
Analyze customer data and behavior to drive improvements in user experience and retention.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
Lead a team of designers, developers, and marketers to achieve sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and competitors’ online activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience (8-10 years) in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of online sales funnels, analytics, and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience managing e-commerce platforms and CMS tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Office or hybrid environment.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, operations, finance).
