Position: E-Commerce Manager

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, developing digital marketing strategies, optimizing user experience, and ensuring smooth coordination between marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase website traffic, sales, and customer engagement.

• Manage online platforms such as Shopify, or other marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

• Monitor website performance, analytics, and KPIs to improve conversion rates and revenue.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

• Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory accuracy.

• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.

• Analyze customer data and behavior to drive improvements in user experience and retention.

• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Lead a team of designers, developers, and marketers to achieve sales targets.

• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and competitors’ online activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Proven experience (8-10 years) in e-commerce management or digital marketing.

• Strong understanding of online sales funnels, analytics, and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Experience managing e-commerce platforms and CMS tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
