JADEMECH ETAILERS PVT. LTD., we specialize in selling home décor products across various online platforms. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Assistant to help manage our growing business.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms
Ensure accuracy and optimization of product descriptions, images, and keywords
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for stock management
Create Shipment plans to distribute stocks across fulfillment warehouses
Handle order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping coordination
Assist in managing incoming shipments and ensure proper warehouse organization
Address customer inquiries related to products, shipping, and returns
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Amazon listings (Amazon Seller Central experience preferred)
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills for both internal coordination and customer support
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and basic digital marketing is a plus
