We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive revenue, enhance user experience, optimize conversion rates, and manage all aspects of online marketing and product presentation.
Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Oversee website performance including UX/UI optimization, product content, site navigation, checkout flow, and load speed.
Coordinate with marketing to execute digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and social media ads.
Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor and optimize product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, SEO).
Manage online promotions, discounts, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Handle order processing, fulfillment coordination, returns, and customer service escalations.
Work closely with logistics, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging e-commerce tools and technologies.
Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role in a digital/retail business.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing channels.
Experience with marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, eBay) is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, CRM tools, email marketing, and A/B testing.
Analytical mindset with strong Excel or data analysis skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on e-commerce or digital marketing experience.
