About the Opportunity

As part of our strategic growth across the North East region, we are seeking a seasoned and high-performing Distributor Sales Officer to strengthen our distribution network and drive market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop distributor and dealer networks
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular market visits and generate new business opportunities
Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups
Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in electricals or kitchen appliances
Strong understanding of distributor sales operations
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Local market knowledge of Guwahati and nearby areas preferred
