We are looking for a Director – Sales (North India) - Real Estate to join our team. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹1,00,000 - ₹2,00,000 per month salary.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual, quarterly and Monthly revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team comprising Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers, and strategic stakeholders.
• Drive customer acquisition through direct sales, channel sales, and digital lead conversion.
• Monitor sales funnel, conversion ratios, inventory movement, and business forecasts.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
• Build and implement sales governance, reporting, and performance management frameworks.
• Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive customer experience excellence throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Participate in business planning, pricing discussions, and go-to-market strategies.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

• Experience in residential and commercial property sales.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with leading real estate developers, property consulting firms, or large-scale residential/commercial projects in NCR.
