Deputy Sales Manager - Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP) - Warangal - Lopamudra Arcade - J Grade - Responsible for managing and driving sales of secured business loans, specifically Micro LAP products. - Oversee sales operations and support business growth in the Warangal region. - Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate loan solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client networks. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to loan products. - Support the sales team with training and guidance to achieve targets. - Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management. - Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for secured loans.
