Job Title: Deputy Area Sales Manager

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentive
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years (including team handling experience of 10–12 members)
Age Limit: 22 – 35 years
Languages Known: Gujarati, Hindi, Basic English
Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 10 days office work + 20 days store visits (monthly)
Travel: TA (Travelling Allowance) provided
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee 4–5 retail stores
Handle store operations, stock transfer, and inventory management
Drive sales targets and implement sales strategies
Ensure SOP compliance, store hygiene, and furniture/renovation upkeep
Conduct staff training and team development
Maintain market knowledge and monitor local trends
Coordinate marketing activities at store level
Resolve day-to-day operational and customer issues
Skills Required:
Strong problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills
Proven team handling and leadership skills
Sound knowledge of sales management and store operations
Willingness to travel extensively
