· Drive sales of unsecured loans and other financial products offered by Fintrust Capital.
· Manage lead funnel from generation to conversion, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.
· Implement sales strategies to maximize conversions, revenue, and branch profitability.
· Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
· Ensure team adherence to sales processes, documentation requirements, and compliance guidelines.
· Monitor quality of leads, customer interactions, and loan files prepared by the team.
· Coordinate with operations, MIS, and credit teams for smooth loan processing and disbursals.
· Ensure accurate usage of CRM tools and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and referral networks.
· Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
· Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
· Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports with senior management.
· Communicate targets, policies, and updates from management to the team.
· Provide insights for process improvements, sales strategy adjustments, and operational efficiency.
