Job Title: Customer Care ExecutiveCompany: VastramayLocation: KolkataSalary Range: ₹11,000 – ₹14,000 per monthExperience Required: Fresher to 2 years (Fashion/Retail industry experience is a plus)About the Role:We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple platforms including calls, WhatsApp, chat, and social media queries. The candidate should be polite, patient, and have good communication skills. Knowledge of CRM handling will be considered an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionallyManage customer queries across chat, bot process & social platformsResolve customer complaints, issues, returns, order-related problems etcMaintain proper documentation & daily records of customer conversationsUpdate CRM system accurately regarding escalations / follow upsCoordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Dispatch, Ops) for resolutionMaintain customer satisfaction and retention qualityEnsure TAT is followed and timely closure of complaintsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Good communication skill in English & Hindi / BengaliBasic computer knowledge (Excel / Email / CRM preferred)Good problem-solving & patience in dealing with customersPositive and professional behaviourAbility to multitask and manage pressure callsWho Can Apply:Fresher can applyCandidates with 1–2 years of customer support experience preferredE-commerce customer support experience is a plusCRM handling experience is an advantage
