Customer Support Executive

We are currently hiring Process Associates for the Tanishq (a Tata legacy brand) premium process at our Silk Board location. Our office is currently located in Marathalli. We are seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals with strong problem-solving skills to join our team.

Role Overview:

- Location: Silk Board (On-site). Please note the office will transition to the main branch at Silk Board (Maruthi Chambers) during the third week of April.

- Shift: Day Shift (6 days/week, Sundays off).

- Salary (CTC): Up to ₹27,000 (approximately ₹23,000 take-home per month), plus performance-based incentives.

- Transportation: Candidates must arrange their own transport; no cab facility is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage outbound calls with professional communication to encourage customers to visit nearby Tanishq jewelry stores (non-sales role).

- Resolve customer queries regarding gold, platinum, and diamond jewelry.

- Generate leads by promoting store visits and maintaining accurate interaction records.

- Contribute to the continued success of a leading jewelry brand.

Requirements:

- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any field.

- Experience: 0–3 years.

- Languages: Mandatory proficiency in both English and Hindi.

- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
