Job Role:
The Customer Support Executive will act as the first point of contact for tenants and property owners, handling enquiries, service requests, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls from tenants and property owners
Resolve complaints related to maintenance, rent, and property services
Register service requests and coordinate with the operations team
Follow up on open tickets and ensure timely closure
Maintain customer and property records
Provide updates to clients on request status
Fresher or experienced candidates
Good communication in English and Kannada
Basic computer knowledge
