Make outbound/inbound calls to customers as per provided data
Explain company products/services clearly to customers
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses
Address customer queries and provide required information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Follow company calling scripts and compliance guidelines
Good communication skills in Hindi/English (or regional language)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is an advantage
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Monday to Saturday
Office Timing: 10:00- 6:30
Fixed salary + incentives
