We are looking for a Sales and customer support Executives to join our Company.

Eligibility Criteria

· Graduate Fresher’s are eligible.

· Undergraduate candidates must have a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience.

· Undergraduate fresher’s may be considered only if they possess exceptional communication skills.

· Candidates should not have any examinations scheduled within the first 4 months of joining.

· Hiring Mix: 75% Fresher’s and 25% Experienced Candidates.
Exclusions

· Fresh graduates from BPharm, Btech, BCA, and BA LLB streams are not eligible.

· Candidates from these educational backgrounds may be considered if they possess 6–12 months of relevant customer service experience and meet the required communication standards.

Communication Requirements

· Strong English communication skills are mandatory.

· Candidates must be proficient in both English and Hindi.

· English proficiency should be equivalent to Versant Level 4 or above.

Selection Process

HR Round → Operations Round → SVAR Assessment (Minimum Qualifying Score: 48) → Client Round
