Voice Process Executive

Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office)
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + High-Performance Incentives

About the Role

We’re hiring a voice Process Executive who can deliver both—great conversations and strong conversions. You’ll be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving revenue through effective communication and follow-ups.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales

• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and close deals

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services

• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue per customer

• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout

• Work closely with operations teams for seamless service delivery

• Maintain lead and sales data in CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in sales / telesales / customer support

• Strong communication & persuasion skills (English + Hindi required; Kannada is a plus)

• Target-driven mindset with focus on conversions

• Ability to handle objections and close confidently

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Basic CRM / Excel knowledge
