Customer Retention & AMP Sales Executive – Driveurway Automotive

Driveurway Automotive is a fast-growing multi-brand car service company in Bangalore providing complete car care solutions including mechanical service, denting, painting, scanning, restoration and Annual Maintenance Packages (AMP).

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused executive who can handle customer follow-ups, service reminders and AMP sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call existing customers for service reminders

• Explain and sell Driveurway Annual Maintenance Package (AMP)

• Follow up customers via calls and WhatsApp

• Handle customer queries and build long-term relationships

• Collect Google reviews from satisfied customers

• Update customer data in CRM / Google Sheets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi, English & Kannada mandatory, other regional language is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets)

• Experience in telecalling / customer handling / sales preferred

• Target oriented and confident personality
