We are hiring a Customer Support / Sales Coordinator for our furniture showroom. The candidate will handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits. The role includes understanding customer requirements, suggesting suitable furniture products, explaining pricing and delivery timelines, and following up with interested customers. The candidate must coordinate with the accounts and delivery team for smooth order processing and maintain proper customer records.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite and patient nature, and interest in furniture products. Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling is required.
Location: Badarpur Border, New Delhi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on performance)
Trial: 7 days paid trial – ₹2,500
