We are a startup company, Tailors Atelier Pvt. Ltd., offering doorstep tailoring, alteration, and custom stitching services to customers. We are looking for a Customer Service & Customer Relationship Manager who can efficiently manage customer interactions and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
Manage customer appointments and service bookings.
Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the tailoring team for service scheduling and updates.
Manage daily office activities and customer records.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage customer data.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in customer service or office management is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
