Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM professional with experience in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project-related queries, bookings, and documentation.

• Maintain and update project inventory records in Excel or Tally with accuracy.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain customer databases and booking records in an organized manner.

• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and legal teams for smooth processing of customer documentation and payments.

• Track customer payment schedules and follow up when required.

• Prepare CRM reports, inventory reports, and customer status reports for management review.

• Ensure proper record maintenance of agreements, bookings, and customer files.

• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project updates and documentation requirements.

• Support management in post-sales customer service and relationship management.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CRM in the real estate industry

• Strong knowledge of Excel and Tally for maintaining inventory and records

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

• Ability to manage multiple customer records and reports efficiently

Preferred Skills:

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment

• Good coordination skills with internal departments
