Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure prompt responses to customer enquiries.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to measure customer satisfaction.
Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly enquiry and conversion targets.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with Citroën CRM processes and company standards.
Assist in organizing customer engagement activities, promotional campaigns, and dealership events.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.
