With kitchens in multiple locations of Chennai catering to clients, we are looking to expand our business presence and deepen our relationship with existing accounts.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships within the food industry. The candidate will act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients, ensuring smooth communication, understanding client requirements, and providing support related to food kitchen operations and services.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for clients regarding food kitchen-related operations and services.
· Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
· Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements, concerns, and feedback.
· Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalate issues when required.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
· Maintain records of client interactions and provide periodic updates/reports.
· Understand roles and operational processes within the food industry and support related activities.
· Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service quality.
· Build strong professional relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Ability to use MS Excel
Working proficiency in English, Tamil . Hindi knowledge added advantage
