Job Role: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as the key point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring seamless communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through calls, emails, and chat support to provide assistance and resolve queries.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

• Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services to existing customers.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.

• Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
